The restaurant
operates in a shop that has two floors and an outdoor seating so patrons could
sit wherever they prefer. The restaurant has another branch in Cyberjaya that
has enjoyed a similar limelight as this branch in Kuala Lumpur. The interior is well
designed to have plenty of natural light and airiness with simple yet comfortable furniture.
Saba are known to have throngs of customers during peak hours so the layout is fundamentally designed to ensure Saba is able to hold quite the crowd at any one time.
Putting forth the best of Yemeni cuisine one can expect to
find dishes like Mandy Chicken or Lamb, Kabsah Chicken or Lamb, as well as some
Western inspired dishes. Saba have been highly praised for their taste and
being able to be consistent about it. The dish that seemed to be getting the
rave is the Mandy which is essentially either chicken or lamb cooked with a tonne of different spices. The flavourful marriage of
spices coupled with the succulent well-cooked meat propelled Saba to great culinary recognition. More often that not, this dish is served on a bed of high quality long grain Arab rice, gravy and condiments in a separate bowl.
