Located on the same row as Snowflake, Tai Chong Mix Rice and Niko Niko Onigiri and directly opposite to Hokkaido Japanese Bakery & Pastry House in Kota Damansara is 3 Bags Full, a cafe cum restaurant that opened in late December 2014 owned by Malaysian chef Beljian Neo & two of his friends.
The interior of the restaurant has a coffee counter, long and high tables on the left, ends with steel rack brimming with imported teas, and wooden walls in different tones for visual texture, as well as decent lighting; nothing entirely new when it comes to the modern cafes that have been opening up as of late.
That said, the food served here will give you an entirely different light on your view of the restaurant. The restaurant focuses on dishes that showcase the typical and unconventional side of the culinary world. At 3 Bags Full there are two sets of menus, namely brunch & lunch, and dinner.
The brunch & lunch menu is mostly comprised of lighter items such as the big breakfast, jellyfish salad with poached egg, avocado, almonds & sesame dressing, Norwegian Benedict, Buffalo Cheese Sandwich, French toast kebab, salmon croquette, and a whole lot more.
As for the dinner menu, dishes such as Griddled Salmon Fillet, spaghetti aglio olio, New Zealand Tenderloin, Black Angus Rib-Eye, Fish & Chips, Sheep in The House Lamb Ribs, Chicken Roulade, Charcoal Beef Burger in Cheese, and a number of others can be expected.
