The “lady” named Bibik Kim Neo is an alter ego of Masterchef Datuk Kenny Chan who is a seventh generation true-blue Baba and with inheritance of Peranakan cooking skills from his late grandmother, Big Nyonya restaurant is formed due to his passion for Peranakan cuisine. This two-storey restaurant fashions a simple and humble yet classy and cosy décor that depicts Nyonya culture.
Most all of your favourite Nyonya dishes are served at Big Nyonya restaurant such as their signature Chicken Pong Teh which uniquely uses shiitake mushrooms yet taste just as divine, Udang Lemak Nanas, Kangkong Belacan, Sambal Sotong Petai exploded with Malaysian’s favourite Petai, Terung Goreng Cili, Itek Tim, Ikan Gerang Assam and so much more.
