Just like its name, Biryani Paradise is a haven of all sorts of biryani and Indian cuisine. Located in Klang, this restaurant has just operated their business six months ago. Due to it’s being new, Biryani Paradise can be quite hard to find so search up ‘The Landmark’ instead as it is located in the building, behind Aeon Bukit Tinggi.
The first dish that was served to us was Butter Kulcha (RM4) which is a garlic naan. Made upon ordering, the naan is served warm and delicious. Packed with the flavours of garlic and the lightness of bread, this is the bread that will make you wanted more!
Butter Kulcha Next, we have Rumali Roti (RM3), the plain naan and the naan that Malaysians love which is Cheese Naan (RM5.50). Good on its own, these naans also go well with warm and well-spiced Tandoori Chicken (RM7.50).
Enough with the naans, let’s move on to some decadent biryani. Hydrabadi Chicken Dum Biryani (RM 14) is packed with flavours. Fragrant basmati rice topped with tangy soured chicken and hard-boiled egg, this is the dish that would make your taste buds one step towards paradise.
The next dish is something that can be eaten as a snack, appetizer or even paired it together with rice, whichever that you choose it will sure be finger licking good. Gobi Manchurian (RM9) at the first glance, we thought it was chicken but is actually battered cauliflower. Crispy on the outside with a sweet and sour sauce coating it, this the ultimate vegan snack.
Another two last dishes that we tried was Chicken Anarkali (RM12) and Chicken 555 (RM 8). Chicken Anarkali is marinated with dried pomegranate and mild spices while Chicken 555 used 5 types of spices and it is fried in coconut oil. Despite two different flavours, these chicken dishes are both yummy and great on its own.
