Located at the 15^th floor of Impiana KLCC Hotel, the panoramic view of the Twin Towers and their surroundings is crystal clear to the guests for an unforgettable dining experience. With its tasteful decoration complementing shades of dark brown, red, and white, the dining lounge looks incredibly lavish of which struck on us as to why the place has not been known to many yet. Passionate about his work and desire on creating European signatures adding on contemporariness to the flair, Cedar on 15 was helmed by the well-known Executive Chef Helmut Lamberger from Austria. With his signatures filing most of the tables seated, it is a no-wonder that the restaurant is guests’ favourite to get their hands on the distinctive cuisines. Inspired by classics dishes fused with a modern touch, Organic Pumpkin Chowder with pumpkin seed being one of Chef Helmut’s signature dishes is probably a great kick-start before moving on the mains such as the Pumpkin Seed Crusted Black Cod with mushroom tomato chutney, or the Smoked Salmon Mousse with glass honeydew. To create a memorable end, have a try on Helmut’s dark mousse quenelles with silky ganache also named as the infamous Chocolate Seduction or the Short Crust Lemon Tart for a tangy citrus sensation to clean the palette.
