The simple designs and furnishing of the restaurant gives their customer a very comfortable dining environment.

Like the design of their restaurant, Hokano’s menu is pretty simple with Japanese dishes that you could basically find in any other Japanese restaurant. However, this is exactly the reason why they are able to maintain the quality of their food as they focus on the quality of it rather than the quantity of items available in the menu.


Definitely try out their sushi rolls as it is one of their popular items on the menu and in terms of the ingredients rolled in the sushi, Hokano is definitely not being stingy about it. One of the must tries would definitely be their Kano Roll which has a generous amount of eel, cucumber, avocado, tamago and one ingredient rarely seen in sushi which is cream cheese. Or try out their Philadelphia Roll which is pretty similar to the Kano Roll but replaced with smoked salmon instead. For those who are salmon lovers, this would definitely be one of the things you should order when you are there.


Other than that, Hokano Japanese Restaurant’s menu also includes a variety of choices of Udon, Soba, Ramen, Bento and other Japanese appetizers. The portion of the dishes served in the restaurant is quite generous compared to others and for those who are light eaters, you can consider sharing.
