Palace is what one would call a step above the rest, or in other words, premium
level dim sum. So what does one mean by premium level? Well for one, this
restaurant is not your typical Chinese restaurant. It is well, air conditioned.
That still does not really explain why. The plates and bowls served to you are
not made of cheap plastic but instead high quality ceramics.
The cutleries are not to be excluded as well.
Anyway, in terms of ambience, the restaurant features a cosy yet elegant as
well as beautiful feel. Of course, specialising in dim sum the restaurant
serves the lot in traditional bamboo steaming baskets to ensure its natural
flavour and feel remains with the dish. Other dishes are also served. So, do
ask one of their very friendly staff should you encounter any difficulties when
ordering from their menu.
