Nowadays it is quite easy to spot a joint for a delicious plate of steak around Subang Jaya but finding a really good one might need some extra sweats. Kafe Ben & Nick or B&N some might know it as, is among the earliest steak joints that is situated in the heart of Subang Jaya specifically SS16 where apartments building are mostly situated and yet is surrounded with row of shops of which is where this cafe is secluded in. Kafe Ben & Nick has been around since early 2000 and up until today it is considered as one of the best places that serves Western dishes and even those of locals.

Surprisingly this gem is located in quietly in the nook of the neighbourhood yet many people can be seen coming in and out of this almost-a-decade-old cafe. This diner occupies a little part of the corner lot of the E-Tiara Apartment where it is not exactly what people nowadays call spacious yet the space is rather accommodating with quite a number of chairs and tables filling the inside and even outside with cosy and casual ambience that the setting sets off. However it is almost painful not to make reservation before making a trip there especially on the weekends, therefore it is advisable to book a table first before going. Where throngs of people can be seen swarming this diner simply says a lot about deliciousness of the food that they serve here that are of varieties ranging from appetizers such as mushroom soup and mains such as Smoked Duck with Jam & Vinaigrette, to delectable desserts of which this cafe’s Bread and Butter Pudding simply cannot be missed.
