Opened two years back on 24th March 2016, Meat the Porkers is a restaurant with Indian/Pakistani cuisine. However, what made them shine is their Siew Yuk Biryani that is unique and unfamiliar to Malaysians.
The combination of Biryani and Siew Yuk is surprising many newcomers, and the compatibility of the two dishes is actually beyond expectations. The roast pork is cooked with the biryani without its skin, and the skin is sautéed and later on serve with the rice to preserve its crispiness.
Not only that, Meat The Porkers is popular with other dishes such a 65 Masala Chicken, Bacon Cheese Naan, and Tandoori Pork Ribs. This is definitely a place with new-ly thought dishes that should be tried out.
