Though seemingly like a quite looking restaurant, a lively ambience is to be expected once you step inside.
One does not simply complete their Malacca visit without having Nyonya food. Known for its Nyonya cuisine, Ole Sayang offers a variety of authentic and delectable Nyonya dishes in their simple menu. Their signature chicken dish is the classic Peranakan dish Ayam Pong Teh and beef dish would be the Beef Goreng Lada. Their signature Asam Pedas Fish Head is also a must-try along with Sambal Udang Petai, Cincaluk Omelette and Otak-Otak. Complete your meal with warm white rice served in a rattan basket with banana leaf as the base. All dishes come in small or large.
Again, one does not complete their Malacca trip without having a decadent bowl of authentic Cendol. Treat your tummy with Ole Sayang’s cendol that is served according to the number of people per table. The cendol is generously doused with Gula Melaka along with the company of cendol and coconut milk. Other desserts such as Ice Kacang and beverages such as carbonated drinks, Chin Chou, Barley are available along with beers.
