For many years now since its opening in 2011, Spasso Milano has been catering to diners looking for a bite of authentic Italian cuisine. More specifically dealing with culinary delicacies hailing from Milanese soil, Spasso Milano immerses patrons with a dining experience on par with those of upper class fine dining but with relative affordability.
In terms of the Milanese cuisine served in Spasso Milano, their menu covers an extensive array of good ol' pizzas and pastas, steaks, raviolis, risottos and soups as well as a myriad of desserts and fine wine.
As far as their pizzas are concerned, there are none of those electrical-oven-baked nonsense involved in the process of making their pizzas. Strictly cooked using the traditional brick, wood-fire oven method under close scrutiny of the chefs, their pizzas come out smelling aromatically rich from the combination of cheese and tomato-base. In terms of pastas, Spasso Milano dishes them out second to none, when it comes to taste. Comprising of various ingredients, pasta types and sauce-base (conventional bolognese, creamy carbonara or briny, savory marinara), Spasso Milano is sure to find a pasta combination which will fit your taste. Their raviolis (especially the Wagyu Beef Ravioli) are exquisite in taste and easy on the stomach. Same goes with their risotto, in particular their Prawn and Asparagus risotto, which is light and creamy, garnished with succulent prawns.
Desserts includes chocolate lava cake served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, tiramisu, panna cotta, millefoglie and lemon cream tart. As for beverages, aside from the usual coffee, tea, fruit juice, beer and wine, Spasso Milano also offers flavoured Italian sodas from San Pellegrino.
