Takoyaki is one of the many wonders of cheap and fast Japanese snack. Made from wheat flour in a special moulded pan making the Takoyaki in an adorable ball-shape. It is typically filled with diced octopus (tako). Dressed in takoyaki sauce and mayo and drizzeled with green laver- a type of seaweed (aonori) and shavings of dried bonito. The fillings are subbed with other many other ingredients aide from baby octopus. A total delicacy that’s all in from the start. At Takoyaki, Sutera Mall placed right in the middle near IJ Pharmacy you’ll see a glass box shaped with a large red lettering sign ‘Takoyaki’ and a red cartooned octopus displayed above. Seats are placed on all four corners of the small food hut for customers to have a quick bite. Most of the time, customers would order to go as it is convenient to eat when strolling around the mall or just a quick bite to fill your hunger.
