Known primarily for their ayam penyet dish which is deep fried to culinary perfection, patrons -both old and new; jostle about to grab their portion of the chicken dish, where it is crispy on the outside but revealing tender and juicy white flesh in the insides when pried open. Lathered with a devilish sambal concoction of their own design which will indubitably set your palate ablaze, patrons will be immersed in a spicy dining experience like no other. For those uninitiated in terms of taking in spicy food, you have been warned. Paired with rice -where a drizzle of dark sauce is added for taste; this particular ayam penyet dish is as delectable as it gets.
