Restoran Bibiwok has made its name well known enough among folks of Puchong where many eateries have been sprouting around for more than a decade and Restoran Bibiwok stood still itself since the year 2006. It all started when the humble owner cum chef, Richie Yeo, has picked up the love for cooking from his nyonya aunt and grandmother where Bibiwok’s nyonya dish drew from his family’s recipes that has been around for generations. It is a no wonder that the authenticity of Nyonya dishes that this restaurant houses cannot be denied.
Interestingly, this restaurant influence of Thai delicacies stem from Richie himself whereby along the way, he picked up the knowledge on how to make the best Thai dishes and definitely succeeded in doing so. The spacious area of the restaurant is of two floors where the upper floor is to cater all-you-can-eat buffet BBQ set of Thai food and also ala carte menu whereas the first floor is to cater for any ala carte dishes including the Peranakan menu. With traditional Peranakan lanterns hanging on the main door, Thai traditional Buddhist statue welcoming patrons at the entrance, and warm yet vibrant colour setting of the place, Restoran Bibiwok really hits off with different influence of Peranakan and Thai around its vicinity of which makes the experience to dine here much better aside from the range of delicious dishes that it serves. From the classic herbal teas of traditional teas to the ever classic Thai fried rice, Restoran Bibiwok is a gem that simply cannot be missed.
