Bakeries are aplenty out there but one gem that we find to be amazing is the Wild Yeast. They specialise in bread products such as sourdough, croissant, scones, and many more. Wild Yeast started operations in 2020 near the time of the first MCO but they've garnered so much attention due to their amazing and tasty products.
Their sourdough are as authentic as sourdough goes. Crusty on the outside and soft on the inside, with that slight sour aftertaste which sourdoughs should have.
Apart from that, they're also famous for their croissants. Their freshly baked croissants are so fragrant and satisfying to the bite. The crunch on the skin is just perfect to protect the soft inside of the croissant.
