With a choice of either a mala, sour spicy or superior which is a clear broth base for your pork noodles, these noodle bowls are bursting with flavours! Madam Yau uses rice noodles as their signature and it’s definitely proven to be a hit within the crowd. You can also choose your preferred type of meatball with a choice of normal or bursting meatballs!
For those that favor rice instead, you can also opt for the cheese baked rice that is also cooked and served in the same type of earthenware pot as the noodles to ensure warmth and freshness(and to keep the cheese melty!)! This dish comes with a pork chop and a choice of two sauces such as tomato or mushroom.
