Be it served in a dark soy sauce base or chicken broth, a good plate of wantan mee is always well sought after for breakfast and occasionally, supper. Laying in all the sauce and broth should be a good selection of noodles, although they can be conventional but a handmade one is always preferred. Mixed thoroughly and enjoy, slurping through without the consent of your neighbouring table and making sure it's as loud as possible. That would be epic wouldn't it?

Cheong Kee Wan Tan Mee
With over 40 years of history, Cheong Kee Wantan Noodle can easily be considered as a legend. Offering only two variants - dry and soup, making a decision here is extremely easy (order both of course!). The dry version has a rather unique sauce base which is slightly sweeter than usual. However, it does coat and glaze the noodles perfectly. As for the soup, it is darker in colour and richer in flavour compared to most. Both are equally delicious and they come in three different sizes.
