The pH of coffee is usually faintly acidic with a pH level around 5 to 5.1. With the extra decimal, it symbolises the café’s objectives to offer distinguished, double experience to customers by combining coffee, art and photography together that brings meaning to the name “café gallery”. Interior-wise, 5.1 Café displays a simple, rustic and raw décor with elements of wood in different textures used for their furniture. The raw and grudge grey walls and floor put a harmonious balance to the wood plus the walls are further decorated with framed art and photographs and dim lights creating a cosy and homey ambience. Both air conditioned and non-air conditioned sections are available for customers.
5.1 Café Gallery offers an extensive list of menu of uniquely own crafted Western cuisine with a touch of Asian fusion. Customers make their way to this café for their pizza made with a tortilla base and other tortilla based dishes, available in sweet and savoury. One of their signature dishes is the 5.1 Tortilla Pizza made out of real thin, crispy tortilla and generously drizzled with bacon, mushroom, cherry tomato and cheese. For those who favour the taste of sweetness can try their version of waffle-like dish, Crispy Crunchy Banana. Other must-try signature dishes are their wide range of sandwiches and big breakfast.

The cafe serves from classic espresso based like Macchiato, Piccolo, Americano, Flat White, Mocha, Cappuccino and Latte as well as flavour-infused coffee such as Rose Latte, Tiramisu Latte, Mint Matcha Latte, Mint Caramel Latte and Mint Tiramisu Latte. Pour-over coffees with El Salvador, Ethiopia Sidoma or Indonesia bean are also available for coffee lovers.
