Blossom Deli Café is café and
restaurant that specialises in Chinese dishes and desserts. The café was opened
on March 2008, and the person at the helm of all the happenings at the
restaurant is Shirley Tan. The restaurant has a very spacious dining area, and
a counter where customers can pick from a slew of Western and Asian dishes. The
establishment takes pride in serving some of the best comfort Asian food in the
area.
Speaking of which, some of the
favourites diners can come across include pan mee, curry mee, assam laksa,
prawn mee, nasi lemak, loh mee, fried rice (including petai fried rice) and
more. The noodle dishes can be switched with a number of different noodle
options or a combination of the options which include mee hoon, kuey teow, and
yee mee. A few things can be added on to this dishes to further elevate them
such as ikan bilis, fried egg, fish paste, and sweet potatoes. It’s important
to note that the prawn mee is only available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays,
and Saturdays while the Ipoh Hor Fun is only available on Thursdays and
Sundays.
Blossom Deli Cafe are famous for
their signature cakes, to the point that they’re usually overwhelmed with daily
orders. They make their cakes/muffins/pastry fresh on a regular basis to make
some of the best cheesecakes, muffins, Blueberry cheese tart, and cupcakes in
the district.
