Operating for almost 18 years, Dapo Suta definitely has build its own reputation among Damansara Uptown people. The owner of Dapo Suta first started her business after being offered with an empty lot for rent at Damansara Uptown. She explained that her interest in cooking started rising after being told by her customers that her cooking was delicious.

Located in the midst of PJ, this humble stall is very famous for its Nasi Ayam Berlada, Nasi Goreng Ayam, and Nasi Lemak. After learning the recipe of Hainan chicken rice from a Chinese ‘sifu’, they started to create their own version of Hainan chicken rice to match the taste palate of their Malay customers. The main attraction of the dish would be the special homemade ‘sambal’. It is said that the sambal is made from scratch in the kitchen without adding any chilli or tomato sauce. And of course the fried chicken served alongside the dish is also one of the reason people keep coming back for more.

Aiming for the office workers nearby, this place is usually packed with customers during lunch time. Patrons will always order their special drinks to cool down from the heat.  Air Kelapa Lochoong and Ais Lochoong are the name of the unique beverages. If you are wondering what is ‘lochoong’, it is exacly like cendol but red in colour. The Air Kelapa Lochoong consist of coconut water, red cendol, and jackfruit. On the other hand, the Ais Lochoong is similar to Ais Kacang except that the ingredients are red cendol, coconut milk, and jackfruit.
