Located in the
midst of PJ, this humble stall is very famous for its Nasi Ayam Berlada, Nasi
Goreng Ayam, and Nasi Lemak. After learning the recipe of Hainan chicken rice from
a Chinese ‘sifu’, they started to create their own version of Hainan chicken
rice to match the taste palate of their Malay customers. The main attraction of
the dish would be the special homemade ‘sambal’. It is said that the sambal is
made from scratch in the kitchen without adding any chilli or tomato sauce. And
of course the fried chicken served alongside the dish is also one of the reason
people keep coming back for more.
