Fish Bones Café is just not about fish but apparently, they have over 200 choices of food that customers can choose from the menu for customers to dine in. This is an Indian restaurant and their best seller dish would be the fish head curry. Basically, you know that Indian’s specialty would be the taste of their curry. Their Signature Fish Head Curry originated in 1965 in Raub. Expanding, they served more customers in Bentong Famous Fish Head Curry which began in 2004. If you have ever been to Bentong, you would know that their curry is one of the best in Bentong.
Their head curry is not like the pre-cooked curry but they will cook for you when you ordered the dish. They use fresh fish and fresh vegetables hence that is why the curry is tasty. To add more, they serve the fish head curry in a large clay pot to make it warm and delicious to eat.
Besides that, they launched their Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak on 2 July 2020. As you know, Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak originated and is very popular in Pahang. This new dish is so tasty and “kaww” as the gravy is thick and will make you want to eat more. Other than that, Fish Bones Café also offers other local and western food options.
