The banana leaf rice they serve is no small joke to make. The chefs take it seriously on themselves to make sure every dish makes it out of the kitchen in perfect quality. Each banana leaf has a mountain of white rice served alongside with vegetables and chips, and even with fish or fried chicken, or perhaps even both, as the proverbial cherry on top.
The curries are also extraordinary as well, each one tasting very different from one another and being their own unique level and taste of spiciness in the curry itself.
