At Suki-ya, two hours are given for each dining session so you have plenty of time to savour your whole meal. You can choose any two of the selection of chicken, lamb or beef that have been thinly sliced, cook it in the boiling broth of your choice for a few seconds then dip it into your favoured sauce.
