Ah Wei Thai Food Cafe may be a little different from the rest of the participants in this list,  but the matter of fact is that they do serve quite an amazing Thai-style steamed fish. Packed with a good amount of acidity and depth of flavour, this is possibly the one with the most dynamic set of flavours in the region. It's also incredibly fresh so the meat is tender soft and flaky. 

Lan Je is a franchise made popular by its 'one person one fish' concept. Upon entering, you'll be given a menu dictating the number of fishes you want, and the type of sauce to pair with. If you're going for the signature sauce, be prepared to order one or two more glass of iced tea, as it's really salty but works really well with rice.
