Analog Cafe's savoury waffle is certainly not to be missed. Where strips of chicken are laid above homemade waffle and finished with honey, halved grapes and sprinkling of herbs. The waffle has a nice consistency along with a beautiful brown crust - accompanying the delectable chicken fingers perfectly. The honey is used to sweeten things up while the grapes gave it lightness and freshness simultaneously. Freshly made Belgian waffles which was warm at heart and a scoop of vanilla ice cream, topped with whipped cream, crushed peanuts and powdered sugar. It might sound simple but do work wonders once hitting your palate. 

Le Lumineux Café has been garnering over loyal following since its opening, particularly for common cafe grubs that are gentrified with new flavours. And their waffles are no exception. You will be delighted with choices of Matcha and Cappuccino Waffles. Both have their respective flavours mildly infused into the batter, combining a crispy texture with subtle hints of sweetness. Pair that with fruits, ice cream, and their vanilla syrup for a sweet, sweet indulgence. Before sinking your teeth in, the platter deserves few shots to showboat over the social media. 

Thoughtfully crafted, the makers behind this delicious waffle certainly know what they are doing. The waffles are pretty big and come in a squarish piece and generously topped with homemade Oreo and Nutella ice cream. Mouth-watering already? That’s not all! Thinly sliced pieces of banana and strawberries are placed at the side, while the nutty flakes are tossed on top of the ice cream. The plate of Belgian waffles with ice cream served at Rach works in delivering a great dessert based on contrast. This contrast occurs from a textural standpoint, with the hot, fluffy and crispy waffles being paired well with the cold, smooth and creamy ice cream to form a delight in your mouth. As far as flavours go, the wonderful contrast occurs as the sweetness of the maple syrup works well with the lighter waffles and the mildly sweet ice cream to create a great sensation on your taste buds. The bonus is that all these components are plated well, which helps with sharing the dish amongst friends and family.

This place might be new but it is already the talk of the town with the various desserts they offer and one of them are their homemade waffles. Made with a minimalist touch, they serve warm waffles with the various choices of homemade ice-cream as well for the combination that nobody can refuse. Do not expect the usual square-cut ones because baked with love, they are made into adorable heart-shaped ones. The plate will be served with sprinkled snow sugar and some sliced strawberries.
