The manager who hosted us was very friendly! He introduced us to 4 of their signature dishes: Gambas (RM38), Norwegian Salmon Fillet (RM50), CAAB Black Angus Beef Sirloin (RM108) and Grill Rack of Lamb (RM68). What a feast!
Pampas Reserve’s Gambas really opened up our appetite for their delectable Norwegian Salmon Fillet which was served with sautéed black bean, snow beans and whole grain mustard sauce. Lastly, their CAAB Black Angus Beef Sirloin was so delicious that I had to declare it to be one of the best steaks we’ve ever tasted.
