Erawan Classic Thai and Fusion would be a pleasantly over expensive restaurant serving good Thai fusion food. Something a little different than the ordinary Thai restaurants around. Erawan is known to be the top 3 in the Miele Guide’s Best Malaysian Restaurant so expect this restaurant to be of top notch shape serving you one only delicious Thai food to your table. 

You’ll be greeted by a large yellow signboard placed right above the restaurant. The restaurant’s building is utterly bigger than the usually sized restaurants be it an upper-class kind of restaurant. Plentiful of florally and greens decorated around the restaurant beautifying the surrounding. The restaurant is fashioned with beautiful fresh orchids, lovely painting placed to colour the plain walls around.  Fully air conditioned so customers can dine in comfort. All the dishes are cooked by a team of dedicated cooks led by a Thai chef who’s the main person behind the kitchen. The reason behind this restaurant being a ‘classic Thai fusion’ is because that the head chef prefers to use Western ingredients for examples, Australian beef and lamb but still keeping the traditional Thai flavour alive in each of his dishes.

 

The menu serves a heap load of different Thai food all crafted beautifully. Some of the popular dishes that are frequently ordered by customers would be cockles curry, roast duck breast salad, grilled river prawn served with sadao and tamarind sauce, tomyam seafood, deep fried fish with sweet chilli sauce and the chicken spices curry. Also, try their signature lychee drink to quench your thirst. Complete it with a nice bowl of coconut or lavender ice cream or the grilled bananas to satisfy your sweet tooth.
