Ali, Muthu & Ah Hock is a unique restaurant that combines the culinary skills of three
different individuals, each of whom specializes in a particular type of cuisine. The restaurant serves a fusion of Malaysian, Indian, and Chinese dishes, creating a diverse menu that caters to all tastes. Join me today as I will be sharing my experience of dining at Ali, Muthu and Ah Hock Oasis Damansara, one of the popular eateries in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
For my main course, I opted for the nasi lemak with fried chicken. The nasi lemak ayam goreng from Ali, Muthu, and Ah Hock is a delicious and popular dish that is loved by many. The rice is infused with the aroma and flavor of coconut, giving it a rich and delicious taste. The ayam goreng (fried chicken) is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The chicken is marinated in a special blend of spices and herbs, which gives it a unique and flavorful taste. The dish is served with a rich and flavorful rendang sauce, which is made with a blend of aromatic spices and coconut milk. The sauce is thick and creamy, with a perfect balance of sweetness and spice.

We also ordered their fried kuey teow; the dish is prepared using a hot wok over high heat, which creates a smoky and flavorful taste known as "wok hei". This technique infuses the noodles with a distinct charred flavor, which makes them more delicious. The dish is made with fresh ingredients, including flat rice noodles, bean sprouts, eggs, prawns, and Chinese sausage. These ingredients are cooked to perfection and add a variety of flavors and textures to the dish.

Another dish we ordered is their Nyonya Laksa. Their Nyonya laksa is made with a blend of aromatic spices, such as lemongrass, galangal, and turmeric. These spices give the dish a unique and flavorful taste that is both spicy and aromatic. The dish is cooked in rich and creamy coconut milk, which gives it a smooth and delicious texture. The coconut milk also helps to balance the spiciness of the dish.

To wash down my meal, I ordered a refreshing glass of iced lemon tea. The drink was tangy and sweet, providing a perfect balance to the spiciness of the food.
The service at Ali, Muthu & Ah Hock was excellent, with the staff being friendly and attentive throughout my meal. They were also happy to make recommendations and offer advice on the menu.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience dining at Ali, Muthu & Ah Hock Oasis Damansara.
The restaurant's fusion of Malaysian, Indian, and Chinese cuisines provides a unique and diverse dining experience. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was lively, welcoming, and halal, making it a great place to catch up with friends or have a family meal. If you're in Petaling Jaya and looking for a taste of Malaysia's diverse cuisine, Ali, Muthu & Ah Hock is definitely worth a visit.
