Restoran Jen Jen
Eat here if you want to avoid tourists and eat amongst locals instead. Food tastes genuinely local and the environment is characteristically Ipoh - relaxed and casual. One of the stalls here serves really fantastic Kai Si Hor Fun.The standard one is served with prawns and shredded chicken meat but you can add or order on the side other add ons such as jellyfish or steamed chicken with 'nga choy' (bean sprouts) which also happens to be one of the better ones in Ipoh. Their soup base is really tasty and whatever they can offer.
