This restaurant gives you a freedom to customise your fish head noodles. First up, there are three types of noodles: fine mee hoon, lai fun or thick mee hoon. Next, there are three choices of fish ranging from Soong, Haruan and Fish Paste. Finally, you can choose either clear or milky broth. Nevertheless, the one with evaporated milk tastes the best. It has a tinge of sweetness that mixes well with the sour and tangy taste of preserved vegetables as well as tomatoes, while the fish head chunks unified the flavour altogether.
    Tips

If possible, you can choose the mixed version that comes with both deep fried and non-fried fish head chunks.
