Best Chinese Restaurants in Subang Jaya

This Bak Kut Teh shop is no stranger to the local residents here, as its fragrant and simmering broth has encapsulate the hearts of many. Apart from the ambrosial dish, a variety of Chinese dishes can be found here too, giving you a spectrum of flavours to tease your palate with.

Kar Hiong has been a perennial favourite among the locals for a hearty and tasty Chinese-style cuisine. Also, they are easily identified with a red signboard and two shop lots within the same row. There is nothing to write home about the ambience but the food has never ceased to amaze the clients. Among the mainstay on the menu are the stir fried fern, steamed and assam fish, pork ribs, string ray and vinegar pork trotter. On the contrary, you can also find trendy food like salted egg fried mushroom. Portions are a natural fit for sharing while the price is quite affordable. 

This place needs no introduction; the famous Lim Fried Chicken and its, well, fried chicken is often a go-to when the dish is craved. Fried to a mellow and tawny crisp and laden with curry and vegetables, how could on possibly pass this dish? Just remember that even if you’d downed a second serving, you will leave this place absolved. 

This Chinese restaurant is not a bizarre to the patrons' neighbourhood. In fact, they are famously known for their best signature dish of Fried Egg Plant, Lala Soup and many more. When it comes to their mouthwatering Fried Egg Plant which is deep fried, the ingredients poured on it is perfect - not too salty or tasteless. Besides I am looking forward to revisit and get their deep fried fish. It is absolutely perfect and worth the penny. The crispy skin and soft juicy taste of fish really catch my taste bud. Other dishes are properly prepared here with their cooking skills that make it look appealing and delish!

If you’re after nothing less than a delicious bowl of fish head curry, F4 Fish Head Restaurant is the place to be. Despite being a little hidden within the Subang Jaya Industries Park, the cavernous space is commonly filled to brim with patrons. A clear testament to amp up your expectation. The fish head curry is mildly spiced and generously portioned with fish chunks and handful of vegetables. What they lack in heat, they sure score in terms of flavours. If curry isn’t your jam, you can opt for the steamed and assam version too. Apart from the best seller, other firm favourites include salted egg yolk squid, pork belly with salted fish and seafood tofu. A full-fledged meal assured. 

The Well Cook Gourmet Restaurant is famous for their specialty Fried Asam Laksa. The restaurant's ambiance is clean and comfortable. If you fancy things other then Fried Asam Laksa, they also provide other local cuisines like Popiah or Fried Kuey Teow.

Kar Heong is prominently known for their delicious, Ipoh-originated chicken rice. This allowed many city dwellers to delve into this scrumptious meal found in the Northern state. The Tasty Porridge is a restaurant that specializes in making porridges. The menu for the eatery consists of mainly  porridges and beverages but do offer dishes like fish head curry and rice. A signature dish from the restaurant is their Frog Porridge, made from hand picked frogs which have been cooked to perfection,  accompanied with a verity for salted vegetables to go with the porridge.
