One should also try the butter chicken as it is a great pair to the banana leaf rice.

K Sanba's Curry House is also another great place to get your daily fix of banana leaf rice. Though their portion may be slightly smaller in comparison to some others, their choices and flavours do match up. Their version is also noticeably spicier than  others, which gives you that really nice kick and adrenaline. Complex flavours, lovely variety, not-so-sinful-portion and a dish well remembered.

Roti & Chaai may sound like a place for roti canai (which isn't entirely wrong but it's more towards naan), but it's also a place for nasi briyani and banana leaf rice. They're initially famous for their briyani, which promises a complex range of flavours that is guaranteed to excite.
