Anyway, they have a wide array of seafood, as well as method of cooking. The butter-style, which may not be the most popular, is quite delicious to say the least. Lovely strands of fried butter are served alongside perfectly cooked prawns on a bed of lettuce. It's a simple dish but requires quite the skills to make too.

Mohammad Chow is a Chinese-muslim restaurant that has more to offer than its plain and boring decor. If you've ever wonder what Chinese food taste like, Mohammad Chow is the closest there is. Each dish, despite not using pork lard, is done quite identical to the original. Similarly, the butter prawns too are quite the catch, as it's well seasoned and cooked to perfection. The dry butter prawns at Sam You Restaurant is certainly worth the try. Each strand of butter strips is rich and packed with flavour, while providing the prawns a more in-depth flavour. It is also topped with curry leaves and a bit of chopped chilli padi, giving it that extra kick that it needs. The prawns are also fresh and plump, and bouncy to the touch! In short, you can simply just 'whack' on those prawns till your heart's content, don't worry about the rice.

Available at New Paris Restaurant, this savoury delight is one of the more popular dishes. It's rich in flavour and is a great compliment to many other dishes. The prawns are also fairly huge, so there's no need to fight on who gets the last piece. 

South Sea Seafood Restaurant is located near the Subang Airport, so do come after 6.30pm as before that, it's usually jammed. Anyway, amongst all their available seafood options, the butter prawns is one definitely worth going for. Generous portion of prawns are served alongside crispy fried butter strips as well coating to the prawns, packing all that flavour and texture in one. It may not be the cheapest or most affordable dish there is, but it is good.

Sri Siam Restaurant is a Thai place that not many people know off. The restaurant is fairly simple and straight-forwarded, without any additional decor and attracting signboards. Having said that, this place is perfect for those who are seeking to have a simple dinner with fuss, and a hole in their wallet as well. The butter prawns is one of the more luxurious items as it comes with generous sizes of prawns and a lovely dry butter sauce. It's also slightly saltier than most, but works well with some rice.
