Restaurant NJ Zenith is currently owned and run by Datin Haslinda Sim, a Chinese-Muslim convert who had trouble finding Chinese food ever since her conversion approximately 20 years ago. During that time, she had also notice similar issues that was happening to other Chinese-Muslim converts as well.
