Having a savoury bowl of laksa on a hot summer's day can be quite fun, actually. Despite all the sweat and uneasy feeling while eating, one would somehow enjoy it a lot more compared to a place with air conditioning. Perhaps its the nostalgia, or perhaps its in our blood; whatever the reason may be, there is no harm in getting a bowl of delicious laksa regardless of a day's condition.

Bumbu Asli
If you're looking for flavour, flavour and more flavour, then you'll enjoy Bumbu Asli's range of awesome laksa - especially their Johor Laksa. The heart and soul of it, made from a whole lot of ground fish, salted fish, dried shrimps and various spices truly brings out the flavour and texture of the dish. Type of noodle used in a Johor Laksa dish is typically spaghetti. Bumbu Asli's noodles are cooked to perfection, where it isn't too hard or soggy. Their bowl of scrumptious Johor Laksa is then finished with a garnish of shredded vegetables, onions and lime.

D' Laksa
D' Laksa is a simple and casual food shack that offers a variety of piping hot and scrumptious laksa. In any case, the presentation of the food does not look like much as it's served in a paper bowl, but you can expect quite a good sense of taste from its rich and savoury asam laksa broth. It's like a fast food joint, but for noodles instead.

W.W Laksa House
W.W Laksa House, also known as Water Works Laksa is a casual and humid hawker center, located along Jalan Kolam Air. The design and interior of this place hasn't got anything worthy to shout about, but the curry laksa is more than worth to take the throne. Every day, you'll be able to see them preparing the base of the laksa fresh from scratch. Pair that with a good amount of bean curd skin, fishcakes, tofu puff and your choice of noodles, there simply isn't anything else that could possibly be better than this.
