StarbucksCertified
halalStarbucks has always been really popular with their range of fraps, especially when it comes to the Green Tea Frappe. Having said that, they also have the regular latte version of it, the one with the ice and just good ol' green tea powder and milk. Like many of their beverages, the green tea latte here is slightly sweeter than most, but definitely bearable. On top of that, they also serve it in a nice mug which gives it a really warm and homey feeling. Definitely one worth trying out.

Manmaru Udon
Manmaru Udon might be a place for Japanese noodles, but their recent input of the green tea latte due to popular demand has been quite the hit. Fortunately, it does come in both hot and cold. Both these packs in a good load of flavour from the green tea, as well as a milky smooth end from the milk. Together, they intertwine into something smooth, rich and absolutely delightful. If you're having a meal here at Manmaru Udon, don't forget to order their green tea latte. Who actually knew udon and green tea latte would be such a great pairing?

Matcha Hero Kyoto
Matcha Hero Kyoto, as the name suggest, is a place that has everything to do with green tea. Located at Tokyo Street in Pavilion Shopping Center, Matcha Hero Kyoto has quite the crowd, especially when it comes to Japanese expatriate. They offer a wide variety of green tea powder from Japan, each with its own unique taste profile. Overall, if there is anything to do with green tea, even when it comes to the westernised green tea latte, they're capable of making it! It's somewhat like bumping into a mini exhibition for green tea buffs.

Coffee Amo
Coffee Amo was once famed for their 3D latte art, which is quite a rare skill and sight to have. Located around the Petaling Street area, Coffee Amo is a quaint and cosy place that is great for chilling. If you're not into something so 'artsy', then perhaps you could go for the more casual and sweet green tea latte. It's not exactly the most stunning looking piece, but it certainly does deliver in terms of flavour. All and all, if you're looking for free wifi, a quiet place and good drinks, Coffee Amo might just be the place to be.

Minamotonoya Cafe
If you're looking for simple Japanese cuisine, something not too heavy nor too fancy, then Minamotonoya Cafe is certainly worth visiting. Located in Sri Petaling, amongst all that jam and headache, lies a quiet and cosy restaurant that has their entire interior made out of wood. Not that it's a bad thing but termites might be an issue. Moving on, their menu is really simple as it showcases the basic Japanese meals, as well as their green tea latte. Aesthetically presented in a glass, the flavours are light, subtle and slightly sweet.
