Believe it or not, Restoran Zam Ikan Bakar is actually similar to most Malay mixed-rice places. What's even more surprising is the fact that their version of the grilled fish is leaps and bounds beyond what you will ever find, anywhere else. Simply mix and match your favourite vegetables, along with one of their signature grilled fish and perhaps some gravy on top, and you're all set.
