Opened in 2013, Koreana BBQ Restaurant is loved by many for its generosity in portions. The restaurant rose quickly in the Malaccan food map due to the fact that there not many reliable Korean restaurants in the state. Today, Koreana is one of the most go-to places here for authentic Korean cuisine. A la carte dishes here such as bibimbap, kimchi fried rice, kimchi jiggae and panjeon have been raved about, not forgetting their fresh and delicious meat for BBQ. The only Korean buffet in the list, Seoul Garden is a franchise that grew quickly within Malaysia after overwhelming response. Just like the ones in KL, Daorae here is a more high-end Korean BBQ restaurant. The ambience is more restaurant-like instead of a BBQ house. As the brand has bloomed drastically over the years, Daorae is especially famous in Malacca due to the lack of Korean restaurants around. Palsaik Korean BBQ
The infamous 8-flavour marinated pork has finally landed in Melaka. Located in Taman Melaka Raya, Palsaik Korean BBQ can be seen as one of the largest sole building in the area, where they take up a whole 3-storey corner lot and painted it in black. It is also incredibly spacious inside, where the design is clean and modern. As for what they have to offer in the menu, it has got to be the 8-flavour pork belly. Starting with Ginseng, Wine, Pine, Garlic, Herb, Curry, Soy Bean and finally, hot pepper. Of course, if you do not wish to BBQ, there are also other ala carte orders as well.

Bon Ga Korean BBQ is a warm and homey-feeling restaurant that is located in Taman Melaka Raya. Like many other Korean BBQ restaurants, they offer a wide range of meat such as pork, lamb, beef, chicken and of course, seafood as well. On the side, you will find standard Korean ala-carte items such as kimchi-jjigae, sundubu-jjigae, bibimbap, toppoki and their amazing bbq ribs with cheese. That certainly has got people coming over, where the bbq ribs can be coated with melted cheese.

Uncle Jang
Though it has been awhile, Uncle Jang will forever be one of the first few Korean Dakgalbi in Malaysia. It is commonly seen as a place of celebration, where after exams or closing of a client, there will be a group of people would just entertain themselves to a few rounds of Soju as well as some awesome Dakgalbi. As for the food, rest assured that it is fairly spicy and flavourful. There are also a good amount of vegetables for everyone, but not chicken. So you might want to add on some sides - perhaps ramen or rice at the end.
