Chili EspressoCertified
halalA simple fried mamak noodles with all that local ingredients all cooked well together. Beautifully presented giving it a spunky character that’s bright and perky. The fried mamak noodles are served with big juicy prawns, sambal sotong, cucur, potatoes, diced tomatoes and crushed peanuts sprinkled all over giving it a crunchy end when you dig into your noodles. Accompanied with spring onions and fresh chillies that are speckled all over evenly giving it a distinct taste. A simple yet palatable dish that’s all about its spicy feels. The dish packs quite a punch for its spiciness but if you can hold to spicy food, this dish is no sweat.

Murni
If you're looking for anything related to mamak-food, Murni is your friend. This franchise-chain mamak has got its hands in almost all available dishes in a regular mamak, and more! Fortunately, their quantity has not depleted in quality yet, which is safe to say that their mee goreng mamak is incredibly delicious. It's sweet, savoury and outright addictive. Though the suggestion would of course be a plate of this and several other side dishes as well. Don't go all noodles.
More infoTeh Tarik Place
If you're looking for a place to chill, enjoy and have a good meal, Teh Tarik Place is definitely worth considering. They offer a whole load of Malaysian favourites, ranging from char koay teow to nasi lemak, roti canai to roti bakar and of course, mee goreng mamak as well. Presented nicely on a plate with a banana leaf, Teh Tarik Place's mee goreng mamak is nicely seasoned and cooked with enough smokiness from the wok. Good flavour and reasonable in price!

Nasi Kandar Pelita
This has to be said, Nasi Kandar Pelita may not be the best option for a mamak-gathering, but they do serve a pretty decent plate of mee goreng mamak. It has good flavour, the noodles aren't soggy and the added topping such as vegetables are quite generous. Drinks may be a little pricey but it is well worth the money (so as long you're here for the mee goreng mamak and nothing else).

Vin's Restaurant & Bar
Vin's Restaurant is an amazing place with a warm and cozy ambiance, soft music playing on the background and excellent service. It would be pretty odd to see them serving something a cheap as the mee goreng mamak but somehow, they just do. Oh, it's also not that bad as it's well packed with flavour and the noodles are cooked quite nicely. So if you're feeling broke on a date, bring your loved ones here, they can order the steak or pasta while you indulge yourself in some local favourites.
