Bamboo Hut Bistro is a pub featuring an open air concept in a wooden themed house, found under one roof with a hotel and a party place above. It is strategically located surrounding the common tourist hot spots in town. As a recipient of Certificate of Excellence awarded by TripAdvisor in 2015, they are remarkable for their Italian and French dishes such as Seafood Lobster and local cuisines such as kebab. For entertainment, there are live broadcasts for football matches and live solo singing performances on certain weekdays. Cocktails, beers and wines are served here, too.

Honky Tonk Haven Cafe is a small pub secluded behind a row of other heritage buildings facing the river view of Melaka! A perfect spot for romantic moments complemented with a live band and liquid refreshments such as beer and cocktails. Their food menu includes a fusion of Asian and Western cuisines - especially burgers and pastas, named after popular jazz musicians. The live band performance is performed by the owner himself, an outstanding musician from New Zealand who duets with his Malaysian wife - he plays the piano while she sings some jazz songs. Occasionally, they do invite other musicians to perform over here, as well.
