If you're looking for a restaurant with a stunning view, then 323 Seafood Restaurant might just be the place of visit. Located along the shores of Jalan Gangsa Butterworth, this restaurant is actually a rather old and well, not very nice place. The two great things about this restaurant are the view and the food. Serving fresh seafood is what they aspire to do, as well as packing those dishes with flavour. Most of the dishes are cooked quite nicely. Overcooking is at a minimal and flavours are on point. It's also fairly affordable, which makes it a really popular place for young families.More info
