Restoran Kip
This particular restaurant specialises in wantan mee which you can opt for the regular black sauce or spicy red chilli sauce. The noodles are firm and springy, while the thinly-sliced char siew adds a nice texture upon every bite. The minced pork dumpling, which serves in a bowl of light-coloured soup, is both fragrant and savoury!

Although Pontian wantan mee can be easily found in the Klang Valley area, the real deal remains the one from Johor state itself. One of the best authentic ones has to be the old coffeeshop of Heng Heng at Taman Anggerik. The egg noodle has a firm texture that mixes well with special gravy made from chilli and tomato sauce. Simply yummy!

The bouncy egg noodles and fragrant sesame-infused sauce complements well together. While the char siew is nothing to shout about, the chicken feet is surprisingly delicious here. It has a juicy soft skin that tastes savoury enough, especially with all the soy sauce coating.
