Typically paired with ice cream for a perfect combination of warm and cold, a brownie is one of the most common favourite sweets in the world. T.B.F. Brunch Bar & Desserts
The brownie at T.B.F. is certainly palatable as the essential elements complement each other when all ingredients meet. We certainly can't complain the revamp of The Beer Factory to become a brunch and dessert bar with this chocolaty delight. Each brownie 'bomb' is of bite-sized brownie pieces topped with two scoops of ice cream, chocolate sauce and almonds.

The Pork Place
Closest to a sanctuary for pork lovers, The Pork Place is evidently strictly not halal. The menu comprises of mostly pork based dishes and thus you'll also find items such as pork ribs, bacon carbonara, sausage platters and such. To finish off your porky meal, give the brownie a go! It's salted to add a tinge of saltiness which complements the sweetness of the dessert!
