At first glance, the Cheras Velodrome seems like a sports facility for cycling. But look beyond it and you’ll notice it’s also home to many yummy Malay food stalls with one particularly good one – Restoran A. Hassan Sdn Bhd. This stall has all the usual dishes such as nasi kandar, but their main specialty is the signature Ayam Goreng Kampung (village fried chicken). Unlike the typical fried chicken, the ayam kampung is noticeably smaller in size but has firmer meat.
