This particular café is part of a humble joint-venture project between Dignity for Children (DFC) foundation, Berjaya Cares Foundation and The BIG Group. As you would have guessed, this café is primarily operated to support a good cause, which can be observed by the number of underprivileged young adults operating the place to hone their skills in the F&B industry. As for the café’s menu offering, Project B is known for its fried chicken varieties which come in three fusion flavours, starting with the buttermilk-coated “Signature Crunch”; the “Sweet & Sticky Korean Fried”; and the “Hot & Spicy Berempah”.
