Best Grilled Fish (Ikan Bakar) in Penang

The venue may resemble a food court but it's far from that. Two types of dining space are available - either by chair or raised floor. Idrus Ikan Bakar is held in a humble set-up, with minimal tables and decor. As usual, guests will be encouraged to choose the type of fish most desirable (commonly stingray). The entire process is quite simple and straight-forward as it is served in a banana leaf 'plate' alongside a bowl of sauce. It's quick, simple and undeniably good.
