Poh Woh Thong
The history of Poh Woh Thong stretches way back to 120 years ago, and the age-old recipe for brewing traditional herbal tea remains the same until today. One of their signature recipes is “Fever Tea”, which comes in two variants: diuretic and non-diuretic. The tea is boiled using traditional open-stove method over slow heat up to an hour. It’s a bitter, yet cooling remedy that best enjoyed warm. A piece of Chinese olive is also served to the customer to offset the bitterness of the tea upon consumption.
