Star Cafe
Unlike most Lamb Shank available, Star Cafe’s version of Lamb shank comes with a choice of spaghetti or mashed potatoes. The lamb shank itself, was incredibly tender and cooked to perfection. Though it wasn’t seasoned as much, the additional brown sauce compensated for it. The spaghetti too, made it a little more worth-while by ensuring you to be full at the end of the meal. Lamb shanks are just irresistibly divine when its texture is done perfectly where the flesh slides off the bone with a gentle tug. Well, Tanzini’s rendition of the dish has just been explained with the preceding sentence. Its partner in crime here is a moreish bean sauce that packs a whole lot of spices and herbs, accompanied with hot flavours and a gritty structure.
