Nasi Kandar Bestari is a typical Indian corner that serves Malaysian mamak favourites. They're particularly famous for their mutton curry and nasi kandar, but many of us have a soft spot for their mee goreng mamak. If you fancy something one-of-a-kind, give the legendary Indomee Burger a try. No, it's not a burger stuffed with Indomee noodles. Basically, the noodles are cooked with a diced burger patty (either chicken or beef), giving you a mix of soft noodles and tasty, chewy meat. 

It is a nasi kandar restaurant with hawker food for your choosing. You know what's great with Indian eateries? They make a great breakfast/lunch/dinner spot! The stall that sells mee goreng has fantastic flavors at a reasonable price. Albeit a little unhealthy, but there's no wrong in indulging on some good ol' mee goreng here at Jamal Mohamed's every once in a while. 

Located in the ever growing hub of SS2, Murni Discovery is a popular to-go haunt for the city’s night birds. The place isn't exactly clean but they have a ginormous, extensive menu. Sometimes the ordinary mee goreng can be boring. Fret not, Murni's got you spoiled for choices with their different ranges of mee goreng, like the Mee Raja, Mee Goreng Chicken Chop, Mee Goreng Napolean and even Mee Goreng Steak (say whaaaat?!).

Prices are on the higher side for mostly mamak food, but you're assured to get cleanliness in return.

The noodles are cooked to perfection, or basically as close to it as you can get. The texture of the noodles are also springy, with just the right amount of spice. Instead of always opting for fried chicken, why not have your mee goreng with veggies? Not that it makes it any more healthier but their sayur is quite a hit. Top it off with a sunny side up, and you have yourself a heavenly plate of mee goreng!
